★ ★ ★ ★ ★ مثلها مثل كل اصحاب الشقق بداياتها حلوه ونظيفه وبعد سنين وبعد ان يكون صاحبها قد جنى منها الملايين يهمل متابعتها والصرف على صيانتها سواء من تجديد الاثاث او نظافه او مخدات ومفارش . وتصبح مرتع للصراصير والروائح الكريهه . وكأن صاحبها يقول في نفسه خلاص طلعت اقيامها مضاعفه والزبون ما يستاهل النظافه والتجديد . والمشكله يستغل حاجة الناس للسكن ويرفع قيمة السكن بما لايتساوى مع امكانياتها .
