★ ★ ★ ★ ★ للأسف اشتريت من عندهم و المفروض التسليم يكون يوم السبت و ما ارسلو فاتورتي لي المستودع رحت لهم يوم الثلاثاء و قالو لي احنا اسفين قلت عادي بس جهزوها لي الحين عشان انا أخذها يعني حتى ما يوصلونها انا استلمها و قالو لي ابشر بس انتظر نص ساعه قعدت انتظر ٥٠ دقيقة استغرب الطلب حقي ما جهز طلع المشرف ما كلم العامل مره ثانيه سحبو علي قلت له كيف كذا أخبرتني ٤ ايام قالي اسف قلت له اوكي ما عندك مشكله بس ضروري بكره الأربعاء تجيبها ليه قالي ابشر ولا تزعل و للأسف اتصلت عليهم الصباح قالو لي مع السواق هو راح يتواصل معك انتظرت إلى العصر و رجعت اتصلت عليهم قالي طلبك مع السواق قلت له طيب استناه و بعد هذا كله وصلو لي الطلب تعاملهم قرف صراحه المفروض يوصل لي اول واحد لانه متأخر علي ٤ ايام بس لا حتى و هم متأخرين يسحبون عليك و يوصلون لك آخر شي
 Unfortunately, I bought from them, and the delivery is supposed to be on Saturday, and they did not send my invoice to the warehouse. I went to them on Tuesday and they told me that we are sorry. I said it is normal, but they prepared it for me now, because I took it, I mean, until they did not deliver it. 50 minutes I was surprised by the request, my right was not ready, the supervisor came. The supervisor did not call the worker a second time. They pulled me out. I told him how you told me this. 4 days ago. He said, “I’m sorry. He will contact you. I waited until the afternoon and came back. I called them. He said your order with the driver. I told him, OK, I waited. After all this, they reached me. They treat them frankly. The first one is supposed to deliver to me because it is 4 days late, but not even when they are late. They pull on you and deliver to you. last thing

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ صراحه اخذت من عندهم سيراميك شيي من الاخر تبارك الله وكل اللي شافه اعجب فيه ولما اصوره يحسبونه خشب طبيعي وملمسه ملمس خشبب لدرجة الترويبه داخله بتحفيوة شكل الخشب ونقص علي كم كرتون ورحت للمستودع بتفس اليوم واعطوني على طول ما تأخروا علي
