4 stars for the instructions of the warranty(because you go there without knowing what to bring with you)
If you want to fix your controller there are two things to keep in mind.
1- if the controller came with the PS5 you have to bring the following.
The invoice of the PS5 and the barcode under the PS5 which start with F..
2- if you bought the controller alone you have to bring the following.
The invoice of the controller, the catalog inside the box of the controller. Keep the box if you have.
Overall i went there to fix the analog drifting stick and they replaced the analog for me and its working like a new controller. Took 1 week to fix it.

The fixed my duelsense controller in 2 days and I even bet it was ready earlier!
Just make sure you have your warranty or you pay for repairs, so far so good

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The one and only original sony service center in Jeddah for all sony products i.e. sony experia mobile phones, play station, television, sound systems. Located at a very convenient location near to Egyptian counslate and Madina Road, its very easy to reach the service center. Parking space is limited but you will find parking somewhere nearby. Token systems is implied within the service center, detail product review is done by the advisor and informed if the reported problem can be fixed or not.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought my Ps5 digital in February, i have heard the news about about dualsense stick drift. I don't play online games much after 2 months of playing, i noticed slight drift in my games. At that time i was playing Resident evil revealtions 2. I thought something is wrong with the game, but then i played RE Villlage and drift became really strong. So if you notice even a slight drift stop playing and give it to sony to repair asap.
If your purchased PS5 then you have to bring the invoice (Bill of purchase) along with warranty card and Ps5's Serial Number which is must. It is written on the console at the side of screw stand, it starts with F.
I gave my dualsense on tuesday and they messaged me on monday. Friday and saturday is an off day.
My dualsense ia working like new.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No help at all, disrespectful and useless people at the reception. Didn't even look at my product and said I can't be helped. What's the use of a service center when no one helps. Never buying a Sony product again.
They just rendered my device obsolete.
(I went with my Sony WF-1000xm3's by the way, NOT a cheap product...)
The only thing they seem to help with are Playstation's and it accessories. Rude and absolutely impotent staff, no credibility. Is that how a service center is supposed to be? With disgusting customer service?
P.S. There has to be a door for the shipment people, everyone's blocking the main door with big equipment, don't you have a back door for shipments?
