It's worth to visit place during promotional sales you will find genuine products at reasonable prices. Other than promotion, the place is little high on price comparitive to market for same product

Very unfortunate to see products of a great premium brand like Sony handled by unprofessional unresponsive uncarig staff. I went to buy a new phone and flip cover, there was another customer in the showroom and the only 2 sales people were just chatting with each other as if we were invisible... I told the salesman which phone I wanted and you can clearly see he was bummed that I interrupted his debate, he threw a phone and cover at me without putting 2 words together. Disgusting.

They suppose to be open from 4PM -10PM Its 04:45 and the workers have not even show up. What a joke . Someone need to fire them

Before many years when there was not many shopping malls, this place was 1 of the busiest place for sony products. Now yesterday i visited to buy a sony product, first the air condition inside was off and it was very hot, second there were only 2 employees who were sitting idle and barely responsive.

Excellent staff, excellent services. The team kept me well informed about Playstation 5 and delivered it on time when no other store has it. Keep checking MeStores on Twitter for updates. Good experience, will definitely buy from them again.

Unfortunately the employee in the branch does not open according to the working hours placed by the company on their gate which is disappointing truly a company such as Sony not respecting its timings and its customers
