★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice business center on premium location in Riyadh, facilities are accepted except toilets which are really bad, and parking is too limited which cause major problem to visitors so they either park far away and walk in Riyadh’s strong sun or park illegally and get fined of 150 SAR (40 USD)

I visited it yesterday in the morning and the parking lot was crowded, and after waiting a little while I got a suitable parking close to the entrance gate, from the inside the center is spacious, beautiful sky light
