★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Customer Service Experience I have ever encountered in Telecom Services.
I ask for a Voice Package Change from the agent, he failed to understand the difference between canceling one package and replace it with another. He just canceled the line completely.
They hustled me for 3 days just to reactivate my number.
In the end, for a new line that costs SAR 35, they asked me to repurchase it at SAR 163. In brief, I was being penalised for their agent's mistake. That's absurd and pitiful.
Today, they lost my 10 year loyalty. I cease to be their client.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It not just the store but the call centre, the general service and most of all empathy. Have been following up on a request for a week. And finally they make me visit a store without providing a genuine reason it a solution. I think Zain is on its way to take over. But consistency is the key.
