ابشر منزلين بحسابهم الرسمي
انه لا يتطلب أن يكون رقم الجوال باسم مستخدمه
وريتها المعلومه بجوالي، اخذت الجوال وقراته
قلت لها شفتي المعلومة.؟(ردت باسلوب سيء وقالت لا)
ويقولو لي الموظفات فيه كاميرات ترا كل شي مصور
وكاننا دخلنا عليها نسرق وننهب !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ دخلت للفرع لجهاز ابشر الموظفه تاكل شبس وتقولي ممنوع لغير عملاء موبايلي علما اني من عملاء موبايلي وشريحه اختي باسمي تقولي تحولي الشريحه باسمها معليش باي حق تشرط علي احولها لاسم اختي ولا م تبصم ؟ وانا سألت خدمه العملاء بتويتر وخدمه العملاء اتصال وقالو الجهاز للجميع وقالو قدمي شكوى وبالنهايه حتى مدير الفرع غير موجود عشان اقدم الشكوى وقلت للموظفه تعطيني اسمها تقولي مو من حقك كيف مو من حقي وانا عميلة ؟
I went to the branch for a device, and I told the employee to eat chips and say it is forbidden to non-Mobily customers, knowing that I am a Mobily customer, and my sister’s SIM is in my name. You say I transfer the SIM in her name, do you have any right to stipulate that I transfer it to my sister’s name or not? And I asked the customer service on Twitter and the customer service called and they said the device to everyone and they said I filed a complaint and in the end even the branch manager is not present to file the complaint and I told the employee to give me her name, you say you do not have the right, how is it not my right and I am a client?
