★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Usual unsatisfactory experience. The customer care representative always has a self made ready sentence for you which is "the system is down".
Mobily company is well known by there good service and superb packages but their outlets are doing there best to make it the worse telecommunication company.
I hope the higher authorities will take this issue as a serious issue.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very poor service from the persons sitting in the office. Just wasting our time and they only playing with their phones. I was sitting there 1 hour and I couldn't even get my package.
Self service machine is also not accepting bank card.
At least I got wrong package and couldn't get my desired package.
I will not recomme any of my friends to go there or buy mobily package.
100% dislike ???
