★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is their branch where I always do my mobily postpaid payment and I can say they were doing just fine. But today is a different thing. I went there today to settle my monthly bill and everytime I do a transaction, I always ask for receipt which is they suppose to give without their customers asking for it. They usually let me take a picture of my settlement from their pc if in case they are not able to print the receipt. My complain is when I asked for it, the agent responded me in a way I didnt like. He was like shouting and angry at me in arabic language. He hurriedly went out after he spoked to me, like he was chasing someone. I was a bit surprised that time so right after he went out, I asked his name to his colleague. I dont know if he told me the real name but he gave me ALI..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst service center of mobily with impolite staff made me to wait for 30 mins for absheer activation manually and after 30 mins he is saying only supervisor can do and he left just now and can do only tomorrow. Such a unprofessional people. Avoid this place if you expect a proper service
