★ ★ ★ ★ ★ الفرع بلا جدوى .. لا يوجد للموظفين صلاحيات لعمل اى خدمه للعملاء ... كم لك ان تتخيل ان الموظف يقول لك اذهب الى المجمعة او الرياض لانجاز خدماتك .. تقطع مسافة ما يقرب ٤٠٠ كيلو متر ذاهبا و عودة من اجل الحصول على خدمة
 The branch is useless.. The employees do not have the authority to do any service for the customers.. How can you imagine that the employee tells you to go to Al Majmaah or Riyadh to get your services done.. You travel a distance of about 400 kilometers going and back in order to get a service
