★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst branch i had ever been to, and i had been to many BAD mobily branches
It was Tuesday 4:20 pm which i think it should be crowded because everyone got out of work
There are more than 50 customers and only 4 employees
3 of them in one desk( pic attached) because non of them know what they r doing
Mobily should hire more suitable customers service employees

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mobily is the best service provider but my family affected from their one strict rule of blocking the SIM after certain period of no use and not deblocking on request due to criticality need in pandemic period.
My one dependent is out of KSA while she was in KSA she installed Abshar, Tawaklana and Sehatti applications using mobily number.she was stuck outside KSA due to flights abandoned after bann is lifted she wants come back that require to upload the information of locally taken vaccine in MoH application but she faced big hurdle of Mobily SIM blockage.
MoH application sending code on that sim in login process.
Mobily office said it can be deblock by changing status from prepaid to post pay in the presence of person to whom it is assigned.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience, very bad customer service terrible show of professionalism, didn’t display prices correctly lead me to buy the wrong product, bad attitude , wasn’t helpful at all. I don’t recommend anyone going here.

From the ticket supplier to customer service representative all posts high levels of atitude and they behave as if they are the customer
They don't want to support you on your sim card connection, recharge issues or plan issues
All you get answer is "we give only sim card and new connection"
Mobily have to train these guys or deploy new staffs who knows customer service and manners
