h	haya ali on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ المكان جميل بشكل عام و متعوب عليه و رايق ، لكن مع بعض التعديلات سيكون افضل ، رحت يوم مزدحم العمال كثير لكن الخدمه بطيئه جداً وتأخر الطلب فالكوفي ساعه كامله و العامل الي قدم لنا القهوه العربي كان ماسك الكوب من مكان الشرب و نصها تكبكبت على اصابعه صراحه منظر لا يسر الناضرين , اعرف انه لا يزال العمل عليه لكن اتمنى لو من بدري ينتبهون لهذه الاشياء ومنها توفير مواقف سيارات نظيفه من الطين على الاقل

M	Mona Alamri on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ تمت زيارته ملاحظاتي كالتالي/ أولاً مواقف السيارات ليس جيد منطقة ترابية وطريق الخروج ضيق وفيه صعوبة ثانياً/ ذهبنا للكوفي وبما انه لايوجد عصائرطبيعية طلبت شاي ولم يكن متوفر أيضاً مادري اش مشكلة كافيهات النماص كلما طلبنا طلب غالباً يكون غير متوفر من قائمةالمشروبات? ثالثاً/ الكوفي ينقصه العماله المؤهله للخدمه. رابعاً / زرته مرة اخرى قبل اذان العصر اتصلت وسألت هل المطعم مفتوح قالو نعم ورحت لهم ورحت الريسبشن اطلب قالو بعدالصلاة. صليت العصر ورجعت لهم قالو مقفل ويفتح بعد ساعه? طيب احترمو وقتي احترموني كزبونه انا ماجيت الا وقتي ضيق وابي اتغدى وامشي اخلص أموري.. جيت امشي قالو خلاص بنفتح قلت لا شكراً يعني الإدارة لك عليها مافيها حزم ومصداقية?? المكان بشكل عام اجوائه جميله وإضافه جيده للنماص ونتمنى تقبل الملاحظات بصدر رحب والعمل على اصلاحها والله يوفقكم. A	Amal on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ المكان جميل، لكن الخدمة سيئة جداً، العمالة اللي فيه سيئين لأبعد حد، وعدم نظافة والعمال يقدمون الأكل بدون قلفز وهذا الشيء أثار إشمئزازي، والعامل صاحب المقهى عديم إحترام، صوته عالي على الزبائن ، فوقها تأخير أكثر من ساعة في تقديم الطلب.. أتمنى مراقبة الموظفين في التعامل مع الزبائن لأنهم شوهوا المكان من كل النواحي. The place is nice, but the service is very bad, the workers in it are extremely bad, and the lack of hygiene and the workers serve food without peeling and this thing disgusts me, and the worker who owns the cafe is disrespectful, his voice is loud on the customers, above which there is a delay of more than an hour in submitting the order.. P	Princess Roses on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ الخدمه سيئه جداً بمعنى الكلمه طلبنا لاتيه سيء جداً سعره سعر القهوه المختصه والبن المستخدم تجاري وطلبنا كيك كان يابس حتى من ناحية النظافه العامل شال الكيك بيده بدون قلفز او ملقط الفاتوره فيها زياده واغلاط اتمنى النظر في الموضوع ايضا من ناحية الامان المكان كله ادوات بناء واسلاك مكشوفه ( يمكن لان المكان لسى ما أُفتتح بشكل كامل ).. مواقف السيارات غير مجهزة بالكامل ، يوجد سوء تنظيم جدا في حركة السير حول المكان بسبب عدم وجود اتجاهات و تعليمات واضحة (الايجابيات )المكان حلو حتى موقعه ،تصميم المكان ، روح الطبيعه والقهو العربيه جيدة The service is very bad in the sense of the word. ل	ليلى الشهري on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ المكان بوجه عام جميل وإضافه جميله على مدين النماص يوجد بعض الملاحظات نتمنى من إدارة المنتجع عما اللزم..أولاً الأكواخ العليا البيضا تحتاج إلى حاجز أمن عند خروج الأطفال من الخيمه ممكن يعرضهم للسقوط…ثانياً الحارس الموجود عند مدخل المنتجع من جهة الزحاليق يجب أن يكون محترم مع النساء يعني كلمات الإطراء الي يقولها غير مقبوله أبد لابد من وضع حد له وفي الأخير يشحت فلوس من الزوار نرجو التنبيه له قبل أن يحدث أي مواجهه من الطرف الثاني ولكن جزيل الشكر The place in general is beautiful and a nice addition to the city of Al-Namas. ع	عبدالله الزهراني on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ منتجع جميل وجديد توهم فاتحينه بعد العيد وكانت زيارتي له في المساء ومنتجع يحتوي على اكواخ خشبيه ومقهى ومطعم كذلك يوجد خيمة بلورية ذات لون شفاف مزودة بجلسة للاستمتاع و دورة مياه ونافورتين تقييمي ل4 نجوم لعدم اكتمال المشروع العاملين تعاملهم ممتاز واخلاق المطعم كان تجربه ممتازه طبعاً يوجد لديهم اصناف ولم اجد الامظغوط دجاج وكباب لحم وتجربتي للمطمعم ممتاز المقهى ماكان لي معه تجربه . وصف هالمكان خييياااااال أنصحكم بإقامة ليلة جميلة من أجمل الليالي.
