سعر الشقه بدون مسبح ب 250 ريال ويتغير حسب المواسم وسعر الشاليه حدود 600 وفيه مسبح وتسخين مويه..
ميزته انه بعيده عن ازعاج الخط السريع والشقق كله دور ارضي يعني توقف السياره جنبك ولها بوابه وكميرات مراقبه وفيه مطعم يوصل وسلامتكم

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ شقه ممتازه نوعا ما اخذنا اللي بالارض بدون مسبح سعرها ٢٠٠ ريال لكن مش وقت الموسم ويتغير اكيد .... واجهتنا مشكله حشرة الناموس قرصت اطفالنا عشان كذا فكرنا نغير الشقه .....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ماسكنت فيه بس شفته ولااعجبني ونظااافتهم سئيه جدا وخرجت منه فورا ليت اصحاب المنتجعات يجددونه سنويا ماراح يخسرون شي بالعكس يكسبون زبائن اكثر واكثر

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ أنا استأجرت شاليه بدون مسبح والله أني متندم أني استأجرت عندهم اول شي فيها روائحه في الخارج مرررره مزعجه وايضاً ريحة في المطبخ والعامل يرفع الضغط اتصلت عليه يبدل الغاز وبعدها ما يرد
أسعارهم مبالغ فيها مررره
نصيحة زود شوي واشتر راحتك
أو خذلك وحده أرخص لانها نفس الخدمة

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ المنتجع جيد وأسعاره مناسبة جدآ وهناك شقق فندقية وسعرها أعلى من الشقق القديمة والتي مازالت تحتفظ بنظافتها وعناية أصحابها وهو يقع على مدخل منتزه المحفار حيث الطبيعة الخلابة وقرب الخدمات من ماء وغاز وسوبر ماركت....
