★ ★ ★ ★ ★ اشكر لمالك الموقع تواصله برفع صوت وهو زعلان على حقي في تقييم خدمته المقدمة وبدل ما يتفهم ويحاول يمتص غضب العميل على سوء الخدمة يقول انت متصل فاضي تدور مشاكل....
كنت أتوقع ان سوء الخدمة مقدم من موظف او موظفه بدون علم المالك لكن اتضح غير ذلك.
رسالتي للمالك الله يبارك لكم.
تراني عميل ادور خدمة ضيافة سياحية ما ادور مشاكل مثل ماقلت. واذا ما عندك سعة خاطر تتقبل فيها حق انتقاد العميل لسوء الخدمة المقدمة فأفضل تدور لك نشاط اخر غير نشاط الضيافة والسياحة. او تحاول تطور مهارة التعامل مع العميل وتفهم احتياجه وتحسنون اسلوب ومفردات ردكم في التواصل.
لو فيه تقييم اقل من نجمه بالسالب كان حطيته.
للاسف تعامل جدا سيئ في إدارة الحجوزات والرد على التواصل بالواتساب. يرقى لقلة الذوق والادب مع العميل واتوقع ان ينعكس هذا على جودة خدمة الضيافة المقدمة.
تواصلت بتشجيع من بعض الردود عن نظافة المكان وجماليته الا ان الترحيب وجودة خدمة الضيافة وتقدير العميل تطغى على جمالية المكان اذا فقدت.
بالإضافة لوجود الموقع في مكان غير سياحي بدون اي اطلالة بمنطقة تجارية بين مستودعات ومخازن وعليه حركة معدات ثقيلة وشاحنات مزعجة

Unfortunately, very bad treatment in managing reservations and responding to contact via WhatsApp. It lives up to the lack of taste and politeness with the client, and I expect this to be reflected in the quality of the hospitality service provided.
I continued with the encouragement of some responses about the cleanliness and aesthetics of the place, but the welcome, the quality of the hospitality service and the appreciation of the customer overwhelm the aesthetic of the place if it is lost.
