★ ★ ★ ★ ★ منتجع اكثر من رااااااااائع قضيت فيه 6 ايام من اجمل مايمكن وتعامل راقي ونظافه ممتازه ?
 More than a wonderful resort, I spent 6 days, it was the most beautiful thing possible, classy treatment and excellent cleanliness

١-مصداقيه في حجز الفيلا
٢-وقت الخروج واستلام التأمين (يعني لطعوني ساعة واخرتها تأخر علي ولا جاء اضطرينا نطلب منهم تحويل مبلغ التأمين)
٣-المسابح عطلان فيها الفيلتر فيلا ٣و٤
وبس والله
اتمنى الاهتمام في الزبائن والحرص على اعطائهم ما تم اختياره مو تفاجئون الناس بشي ما اختاروه من الاساس!!
ويحبذ اللي حاب يحجز يصور كل كبيره وصغيره عشان يكون كل الطرفين في نفس الصورة .
The resort is good in how much a flaw it is
1. Credibility in the villa reservation
2 - the time of exit and receipt of insurance (means to Thoni hour and delayed late and did not come we had to ask them to transfer the amount of insurance)
3 - swimming pools where the filters Villa 3 and 4

I wish the attention in the customers and the care to give them what was chosen Mo surprised people with what they chose from the ground !!
He likes to have a book that depicts all the big and small so that both parties are in the same picture.

والاهتمام بالنظافة اكثر .
صنابير المياه تحتاج صيانه مكسره .
لايوجد صابون وشامبو ومناديل .
كثرة الناموس واتمنى رش الحدائق حتى يتم القضاء عليها.
التكييف يحتاج صيانه .
Excellent but lacks a washing machine
And care about hygiene more.
Water taps need broken maintenance.
There is no soap, shampoo and wipes.
Frequent law and I wish to spray gardens until they are eliminated.
Air conditioning needs maintenance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ بصراحة المنتج الي سكنا فيه المكيفات سيئة والخدمة سيئة جدا..وتعرضنا للسرقة بعد ماطلعنا للتمشية وكان رد المسئول ماندري من دخل المنتجع والمفروض ماخذين اغراضكم الثمينه يعني كلامه مافيه آمان وقال انها مو أول مره يعني مستخسرين يركبون كامرات..طبعا لايوجد واي فاي..تجربه غير سعيدة ولن تتكرر
Frankly, the product in which we lived was bad, the air-conditioning was bad and the service was very bad..we were robbed after we went for a walk. The official’s response was that we don’t know who entered the resort and were supposed to take your valuables. His words were not safe. He said that it was not the first time, meaning losers riding cameras..of course there is no Wi-Fi..experiment Not happy and will not be repeated

3. Kitchen tap are not fixed properly
4. Took more than 20 mins for checkout
