★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ارجوا الاهتمام من ناحيه النظافة لايوجد مكانس او مساحات المكيفات لاتعمل مغسلة المطبخ عطلانه تتسرب بالصاله لاتوجد اكياس زباله ..للتوجد غسالة ملابس

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ المنتجع جدا سيئ لا صيانه ولا نظافه والمسبح صغير ومتسخ والاثاث قديم .. ننصح الاخ طلال ان يهتم بالمنتجعات اذا كان يريد النجاح في المشروع والله الموفق.. ورأي من الوالده لايعيش فيه الكلب مع احترامي

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ بصراحة المنتجع ممتاز جدا من ناحية الموقع فهو يبعد عشر دقايق فقط عن منتصف المدينة وعن ساحة القزاز.
فيه غرفتين وحمامين ومطبخ وصالة ومسبح.
المسبح صوته جدا مزعج لدرجة اني اضطريت اقفل الماطور حقه.
الفرش قديمة قليلا والحمامات ينقصها ادوات النظافة .
المطبخ غير صالح للاستخدام بتاتاُ.
الصالة نظيفة نسبيا، وفيها شاشة صغيرة وقديمة مع رسيفر بريموت ضائع.
المواقف ضيقة قليلا ، ولا توجد تموينات إلا عند محطة الشارع العام.
