ف	فاطمه ظافر on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ جربت الشقق رائعه و ممتازه كتصميم ومساحتها كبيره لكن عندي بعض الملاحظات واتمنى من صاحب المنتجع ياخذها بعين الاعتبار النظافه مو مره التراب بكل مكان المفارش تحتاج غسيل ونظافه وتبديل كل مره ينقصها جهاز كوي ومنشر للملابس ومناشف المويه بالحمام دفعها ضعيف وارضيته فيها صدا تحتاج نظافه المطبخ يحتاج بعض الادوات الممر بين الشقق اضاءته ضعيفه وينقصه تشجيرات ولو كان فيه شبابيك تدخل معها الاضاءه بتكون شرحه اكثر الاستقبال جانبي وغرفه يخليك تتردد بالسكن لكن لو فيها بهو استقبال ومدخل المنتجع متكامل مثل الفنادق جلسات وميني ماركت متاكده بتصير الوجهه الاولى بالمكان اتمممنى لكم التوفيق ومزيد من التقدم? ص	صالح علي on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ الفكره والتصميم حلوه لكن التنفيذ سيء كذلك الصيانه سيئه النظافه اسوء الايجار غالي ولا يستحق نصف المبلغ رائحة الغرف والشاليهات سيئة الأرضيات فيها حشرات كل مايحتاج اداره صاحيه وعمال لهم درايه بالنظافة The idea and design is nice, but the implementation is bad, as well as the maintenance, poor hygiene, worse The rent is expensive and not worth half the money The rooms and chalets smell bad, the floors have insects All that needs is a healthy administration and workers who are knowledgeable about hygiene
A	Abdulrahman Alshehri on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ لا انصح به .. استأجرت غرفتين وتفاجأت ان غرفة النوم مفتوحة على الصاله وثلاجة المطبخ في غرفة النوم يعني مافي خصوصيه اللي عنده اولاد او مرافقين وكما هو مبين في الصور المرفقة .. ايضاً الارضيات مكسره وخطيره اللي عنده اطفال لو طاح احد رح تقطعه بسبب التشققات في السيراميك .. ايضاً الجدران مقشره وكأنك ساكن في خرابه .. ايضاً ادوات السباكه مسدده والماء ينزل قليل .. مفارش السرير مقطعه وباهته من كثر الغسيل ولها زمن ماغيروها …. لايوجد اصنصير ولا عربة نقل عفش ولايوجد شبكة لسحب المبالغ الماليه ولايوجد خدمات قريبة كأنك ساكن في مقطعة .. للأمانه اضطريت اني اخلي اولادي في غرفة النوم الرئيسيه المفوحة على الصاله والجلوس وانا وامهم رحنا للغرفة الثانيه وجمعنا السرر عشان الاستقلاليه .. الصور مرفقه والتقييم سيء للغاية جربت يوم واضطريت السكن لأني حجزت عن طريق بوكنج وغير مسترد ولا ماتستاهل ريال واحد I do not recommend it.. d	dar ken on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ استأجرنا غرفه سفليه بمسبح ب375 السعر مناسب يوجد ثلاجه .سجاده.غلايه.اظرف مشروبين .2مويه مجاني يعطونك فراش اضافي في حال طلبت لايوجد هاتف خدمه . الدخول للمكان غير واضح الرسبشن غير واضح ولايوجد لافته المسبح تنقصه صيانه ونظافه اكثر واستبدال العشب الطبيعي بالصناعي لانه يسبب طين الكلور بالمسبح كثير يسبب حساسية جلد الفلتر ينطفي 2 الفجر. لايوجد ملصق قبله حول المسبح 2كرسي خارجي بدون طاوله لايوجد مواعين فقط كوبين قهوه غير نظيفه قبل الخروج يجي العامل يشيك عالمكان .في حال سببتم فوضى او اتلاف .يخصم عليكم .لذا انتبهوا من ترك المكان افضل مما كان .
