غير بعيد عن المحافظة وخدماتها.
يصلح لعائلة وحدة كبيرة شوية أو عائلتين صغار
مكون من مبنى واحد فيه مجلس وغرفة نوم ودورة مياه مفصولة بباب يمكن اغلاقه
يليها صالة كبيرة وفيها مطبخ مفتوح
يليه قسم يمكن اغلاقه فيه مجلسين ودورة مياه تقريبا.
بيت شعر ودكات جلوس وتشجير ونخيل.
ملعب كرة قدم.
تكييف تقريبا ممتاز.
يعجبني فيه اهتمام صاحبه بالنظافة لكن يعيب المنطقة ككل كثرة الذباب فلو اتخذ حلول مكافحة.
مسبح رائع مكشوف للسماء وفيه سياج يمنع دخول الاطفال، وفي المسبح جزء غير عميق للأطفال كذلك محاط بسياج عن الجزء العميق من المسبح.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ المكان جميل ونظيف ومرتب والجلسات الخارجية جدا نظيفه ومهتم بالاشجار معطيه المكان جو .. المنتجع عبارة عن قسمين ولكن يصلح لعائلة متجانسة لأنه ماهو معزول تماما يعني شبه معزول.
