★ ★ ★ ★ ★ يحتاج اهتمام ونظافه ،تأخر في تقديم الخدمة مثلاً طلبت نظافه اليوم الثاني وطلعت من المغرب الى الساعه3 فجراً ورجعت وجدت المكان مثل ماكان بدون نظافه واليوم التالي طلبت نظافه عند الساعه الرابعه عصرا وعدت بعد صلاة المغرب ولم يتم النظافه ! السخان اشتغل اول يوم وبعدها ماعاد اشتغل الحمام متسخ، ارضية الغرفه متسخه
 He needs attention and cleanliness. He delayed providing the service, for example, I asked for cleanliness on the second day, and I got out of Morocco until 3 am, and I came back and found the place like it was not cleaned. The heater worked on the first day, and after that, the bathroom didn't get dirty, the floor of the room was dirty

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve never seen welcoming and polite staff members like in the hotel, clean rooms, good fares specially in this location. Also, if you need anything and you don’t wanna leave the room, just call the reception and they’ll make it happen.
