تجربة جدا سيئة ولن تتكرر
تم عرض عندهم شقة الايجار من المالك وتم تسليم المستأجر المفاتيح بدون ان يسوي العقد الالكتروني وتسليم المبلغ للمالك مما ان يجعلك كمالك للعقار تذهب اليه وتطلبهم العقد والمبلغ بعد يوم والمستاجر ساكن بيتك … واخذ الحيطة من صاحب المكتب في تفاصيل عقد ايجار حيث انه لايضيف رقم فاتورة الكهربا وكذلك استحقاق الايجار يحط التاريخ الي هو يبيه دون التاريخ الذي تحدده كمالك له لكن ماقول الا حسبي الله ونعم الوكيل … وبعدها انتظر متئ يحول لك المبلغ فانصح اي شخص بيعرض عندهم عقار انتبهوا من التعامل معه…والاسف المكتب يعمل فيه اجني مصري وهو الي يعرض ويستقبل العملاء… واذا تلاحظون في التعليقات مدح كلها من اصدئقها… انصح ملاك العقار بالانتباه واخذ الحذر وخاصة من المصري… هل النظام يسمح بعمل لغير السعودي في مجال الوساطة العقارية؟!!!!! …
