الأسرة والمراتب والمخدات ممتازة
العزل ممتاز لم نسمع اي صوت من خارج الغرف
قريب من كل الخدمات
اللي يسكن يقدر يلبي كل متطلباته نظرا لقرب الفندق من الخدمات وكذلك لوجود سخان الماء وغسالة الملابس والمايكرويف .
دورات المياه تحتاج لمزيد من الاهتمام
The sofa is clean but old and worn out
The beds, mattresses and pillows are excellent
The insulation is excellent, we didn't hear any sound from outside the rooms
Close to all services
Those who live can meet all their requirements due to the proximity of the hotel to services as well as the presence of a water heater, washing machine and microwave.
Toilets need more attention

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ الشقة واسعة وفيها مواقف بس الاثاث يحتاج تجديد والمطبخ مافيه اي شي حتى الغلاية غير موجودة والكوفي خدمات لا تذكر
The apartment is spacious and has parking, but the furniture needs renovation and the kitchen has nothing, even the boiler is not present and the coffee is negligible services

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ من انظف واجمل الشقق اللي سكنتها بالرياض تعامل المصري في الاستقبال رائع والنظافة رائعة والاثاث جيد ممتاز كل شي موجود وباسعار معقوله جدا علما باني جايهم في زحمه الموسم اللي ب ٢٠٠ ب ٦٠٠ بس هم سعر معقول جدا الله يوفقهم
One of the cleanest and most beautiful apartments I inhabited in Riyadh, the Egyptian treatment at the reception is wonderful, the cleanliness is wonderful, the furniture is good, excellent, everything is available and at very reasonable prices, knowing that I come to them in the busy season, which is 200 for 600, but they are a very reasonable price, may God help them
