★ ★ ★ ★ ★ الفلل جميلة صغيرة الحجم لكن التوزيع جميل بعيدة جدا عن وسط المدينة أسعارها غالية كانت ب٨٥٠ والآن يقولو ب٩٥٠ خلال ٥ اشهر قفز السعر مية ألف اعتقد هناك مبالغة بالسعر
The villas are pretty small in size, but the distribution is beautiful, very far from the city center. Their prices are expensive at 850 and now they say 950 within 5 months. The price has jumped a thousand thousand I think there is an exaggeration in the price

I wish these villas would be in Al Qaswa or near the walkway .. Your location is very remote, nor are the villas, their design is excellent
