أفضل الاوقات بعد شهر 11ميلادي. تقريباً طول الممشى 350 متر . بمعى دورة كامله 700 متر .
لليبغى يمشي ومايبغى يحسب الوقت يلف من 4 الى 8 لفات. (من نص ساعة الى ساعة)
