زيارتي الاخيره كانت جدا سيئه ولا اعتقد انها سوف تتكرر
الكبده الاسكندراني عبارة عن فلفل فقط
الكبده بالرده قطع صغيرة بارده ورائحتها غير جيده
السجق لونه غامق جدا وناشف
الجمبري رائحة سيئه وبارد
هذا ماطلبته وللاسف لم استمتع بالطعام ابدا

بصراحه انا رحت المطعم ده بترشيحاتكم عنا و بسبب ان صور الاكل عجبتني جددا
اخدت اصخابي وقولتلهم علي ضماني و كنت قلقان جدا ان ما يعجبهم ، المطعم في مكان يعتبر مش حركي ولا عليه رجل كتير و كان فاضي وقت نا روحنا لكن اتملا ما شاء الله واحنا هتاك هو المطعم صغير يدوب ٤ طاولات لكن مستوى النضافه محترم و التعامل بشوش جدا و عندهم روح حلوه ، لابسين يونيفورم و ملتزمين بالنضافه ، وده كان شئ مبشر جدا .
طلبنا مشاوي ( ريش و طرب و اوصال ) بصراحه اللحمه وهيا علي الفحم ريحتها واضحه جدا انها لحمه ظاره و خامه كويسه والسلطات نزلت حاحه كده وهميه نزلنا سلطه طحينه و مخللات و بدنجان و سلطه خصرا و كاسات ويسكي حلال كلهم في الحول و الويسكي و السطله الخضرا لنسبالي جبارين .
نيجي للمفيد اللحمه في الريش جميله و ديمه بشكل ما يخلكش تتضايق او تتقفل طريه جدا و مقرمشه و الاوصال رهيبه طريه جدا وجوسي و مستويه علي الشعره، الطرف مافيش كلام يوصف حلاوته بصراحه فنان يمكن انا سالت الشيف في الاول نطلب طرب و هيعجبنا ولا بلاش منه فقالي علي ضمانتي .
تطلع بقي من عنده تلاقي لازق فيه محل اسمهدكام بسبوسه عنده شويه حلا رهيبيه .

اتمنى أن يبقى هكذا او أفضل .الحمص يذكرني بالمعلم شحاته تبع الفلافل .
الايدام باذنجان انا ما أكله بس لما طعمته حصلت النكهه الملكيه المصريه فعلآ رائع جدآ
ريش وقطع اللحم البقري كلنت اكثر من رائعه .
