★ ★ ★ ★ ★ أسوأ ملحمة اشتريت منها. كان لي تجربة في رمضان الماضي ، أخذت لحمة حاشي مفرومة للسمبوسة وما حبيت ريحتها ولا طعمها مع اني بالعادة اخذ لحمة حاشي للسمبوسة. قبل يومين اخذت كيلو ونص غنم للكبسة وأتوقع انها لحمة جحش ولا حمار.. طبختها ساعتين والله العظيم، ساعة في قدر ضغط كهربائي وساعة في قدر ضغط عادي ولا قدرنا ناكلها. أصلا ما عجبني شكل اللحمة لما جا يوزنها العامل في المحل، حسيتها بايتة أكثر من يوم من لونها وشكلها بس العامل حلف إنها لحمة اليوم، وأخذتها وأنا مضطرة لأنها كانت الملحمة الوحيدة المفتوحة في المنطقة وقت ما اشتريت. تجربة سيئة جدًا، لن تعاد.
Worst epic I have ever bought. I had an experience last Ramadan, I took minced Hashi meat for samosas, and I did not like its smell or taste, although I usually take Hashi meat for samosas. Two days ago, I took a kilo and a half of lamb for the kabsa, and I expect it to be colt meat or donkey.. I cooked it for two hours, I swear to God, an hour in an electric pressure cooker and an hour in a normal pressure cooker and we couldn't eat it. In the first place, I did not like the shape of the meat when the store worker came to weigh it. I felt it more than a day from its color and shape, but the worker swore that it was meat today, and I took it when I had to because it was the only butchery open in the area when I bought it. Very bad experience, will not return.
