الحواشي يقوم بتصويرها سناب وبيعها أرباع بسعر غالي تقريبًا 1150 ريال يطلع الكيلو فوق 60 ريال وهو يقول الكيلو 50 ريال !!!!
المتوفر من اللحم القطع حجم متوسط العمر ويباع الكيلو ب 50 ريال !!!!! الملاحم الأخرى 35 - 40 ريال
اللحم الباقي من أمس في البراد يقوم بتنقيعه في ماء حار وعرضه مع اللحم الجديد على أنه جديد
( الماء الحار أكبر خطأ - عزل البايت عن الجديد )
يمتاز بلحم الخروف إذا كان متوفر وأنتبه للرأس لنوعه .
