★ ★ ★ ★ ★ اسوء مكتب تعاملت معة لي خمس شهور مقدمة على عاملة ومحد تواصل معي وكل ما دقيت محد يرد وفي حال ردو بعد الف اتصال يقولون الشهر الجاي الشهر خدمة سيئة واحتيال علماً اني مقدمة بتأشيرة لاحتياجات خاصة لولدي وما عبورنا الله لا يوفقكم
 The worst office I dealt with was five months before a worker and no one contacted me and every time I called, no one answered, and if they answered after a thousand calls, they say next month, the month is bad service and fraud, knowing that I am applying on a visa for the special needs of my son, and we did not cross, God does not help you

قبل اسدد العقد كل شوي يدقون علي
خدمه اسوا من السيئه
مماطله وكذب
الموظف السعودي خدمته سئية يقول لو انا من صاحب المكتب رجعت فلوسك والغيت العقد لان صار لي مقدمه 7 شهور وكل يوم اتصل يقول لي بكرا
الموظف المصري محترم وصريح
رفعت شكوى قالوا ارسلي رقم الحساب نحول فلوسك
قبل ٣ اسابيع الغيت العقد والى الآن فلوسي مع الغرامه مارجعوهم
ماانصح فيهم ابدا

The Saudi employee has bad service. He says if I am from the owner of the office, I will return your money and cancel the contract because I have had an advance for 7 months and every day he calls and tells me tomorrow
The Egyptian employee is respectful and honest
I filed a complaint, they said send the account number, we will transfer your money
3 weeks ago, the contract was canceled and so far my money is with the fine, do not return them
I would never recommend them

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ استقدمت من المكتب عاملة فلبينية . وصلتني بعد ٤ شهور وكم يوم .. وقتها ما تم التوضيح عن سبب التأخير الا بعد اشتكيت في مساند وكتبوا السبب هناك وكان منطقي ?.. التواصل كان كله ( ابشري بالخير ) طيب كنت احتاج معلومات دقيقة عن وصول العاملة والاجابات عامة .. لكن للأمانة ماكان فيه نصب ولا احتيال زي المكتوب في التعليقات ، بس مكبرين راسهم وما يعطون العميل تفاصيل ،، والانسان العاقل راح يتفهم الظروف من تأخر رحلات وحجوزات بسبب الجائحة ولكاعة الفلبينيين وغيره لكن التوضيح لكل التعاملات والظروف مهم تجنباً للشكاوى الغير ضرورية .
كمان وعدوني في اقل من ٤ اشهر وما التزموا لكن قد يكون خارج عن ارادتهم بسبب الجائحة

The communication was all (good news) Ok, I needed accurate information about the arrival of the worker and the answers in general.. but to be honest it was not There is no fraud or fraud like what is written in the comments, but they raise their heads and do not give the customer details,, and a sane person will understand the circumstances of delayed flights and reservations due to the pandemic and the Filipino Court and others, but clarification of all transactions and circumstances is important in order to avoid unnecessary complaints.
They also promised me in less than 4 months and they did not commit themselves, but it may be beyond their control due to the pandemic
The worker was fine

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ انحشوو عنه والله العظيم انه نصاب كبير وانه مكتب مايخاف الله واسال الله العلي العظيم ان يوريني فيكم عجايب قدرته لانكم كذابين وبس شغالين نصب على العالم ياخي ماتقدر تجيبه الخادمه تكلم قول ما اقدر رجع لناس فلوسها على الاقل رد ياخي تراني ما اطلب المستحيل اطلب خادمه اذا قدرت حب وكرامه اذا ماتقدرون ياخي رد علينا وقول ما اقدر حتى المكتب نجيه وندق ونقعد بالساعات ولا احد يفتح والواتس نرسل ولا احد يرد وندق جوال وندق على المكتب ولا فيه مجيب والمصيبه تسمع اصواتهم جوا والله شي يقهر يعني لا انت اللي تساهلت معنى عشان نستحي ونقول فعلا يستاهل اننا نصبر معك ولا انت اللي رد الفلوس ونشوف لنا مكتب غيرك .. تم رفع شكوى لمساند والحمدلله تم اقفال المكتب وسحب الرخصه .
