★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1- my trip was 47 riyals I paid 50 riyals did not receive the changes yet.
2- happened twice the driver was late because my location was not clear to him he was in the same area but could not get the same location, when I cancelled the program charged me 7 riyals ( happened twice)
3- the driver were guided to the location as short cut he will use the location map to have longer trip, his reason he is not from the area, the location have problem because of the system. Dose this mean the quality changed? Is it the time to divert to taxi instead of Ober?
Regular lemozin is better at least it will not steal money the way Uber do

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible customer service! Driver took wrong route and then one of their customer service representatives tried to blame me by saying I entered the wrong destination. Not sure why he thought that the actual destination was “Int’l Arrival” when I was leaving Riyadh...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of there drivers didn't deliver a pack to me. It took 9 days for me to set up a time to get my package. In the end, they are making me come to them for the mistake their driver made. They wouldn't give me the driver's direct number and they driver wouldn't answer the phone when I went through the app because the phone call went through.....ALABAMA! In the end, they couldn't even apologize for their mistake. I will NEVER give Uber another dime if I have a choice. This was a wildly unprofessional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ one of my trips on "UBER", although the trip on Visa mode the driver asked me a cash because the cutomer was my mother "an old woman".
another trip, the driver canceled the trip without any reason just for 10 minutes late then "UBER" cutted about 20 SAR, why ?
So I don't recommend anyone to use UBER because they treating customer in unprofessional and cheating way.
Not only that but you can not find any live contact number and they don't have any customer services center.
