★ ★ ★ ★ ★ كل ما يخطر على بالك من اوراق وتعقيد ومحاولة تاخير ستجده في هذه الجهة .. وانا كموظف حكومي اعمل في ادارة احدى الوزارات الحكومية التي لها فرع بالميناء منذ اكثر من سبع سنوات ومن خلال تعاملي المباشر معهم عدة مرات لتجديد او اصدار تصريح دخول الميناء فاقول وبكل صراحة انني لم اتعامل في حياتي مع اسوأ من هذه الجهة في التعقيد والروتين ومع احترامي للجميع الا اني ارى ان من يدير مكتب التصاريح وكذلك قيادة وحدة امن الميناء بحاجة ماسة الى اعادة تأهيل فهذا موقع امني مهم يحتاج لقيادته من لديه رؤية وفهم وثقافة في التعامل وخاصة مع الجهات الحكومية .

ولكن العملية تتم بطريقة بدائية.
أتمنى التحول لنظام إلكتروني ورفع المستندات أونلاين وتوفير الوقت للمراجعين وللضباط.
نعلم أن الاحتياط الأمني مهم، ولكن التحول الالكتروني يوفر الكثير.
