n	nora Aomar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ جدا كانت التجربه بلا فائده وكانت الأمور سيئه جدا وتفاجأت بتعامل غير مرن وأسلوب غير لبق وطريقة توضيح الأمور بكلام يميل جدا للشده والفضاضه ورفع الصوت وهذا كله طبعا ليس من الجميع وإنما من الموظفه التي كان نقاشي معها من اجل نقل ابنتي من ثانويه الى ثانويه اخرى وقد وصل بي الامر الى الدخول على مديرة المكتب بعد شي من المعانات لكن يشهد الله على الرغم من انني لم اتوصل الى شي الا ان تعامل المديره معي تعامل جدا راقي واسلوبها لايعلى عليه وتتميز برحابة الصدر وقد اوضحت لها مالاقيته من تعامل فض وقد حاولت معالجة الامر ومعرفة من هي الموظفة لكنني تركت الامر لله لذا اتمنى ممن وكلهم الله عليهم أن يحاولو تتبع شكاوي الناس ومايلاقونه من التشديد ووضع الشخص المناسب في المكان المناسب لأنهم ماوضعو في هذا المكان الا من اجل خدمة المراجعين وحل مايواجهههم من صعوبات بايسر الطرق... والله يعفو عنا وعن الجميع فلا يوجد أحد الا ويتخلله النقص ويقع بالخطأ. The experience was very useless, and things were very bad. I was surprised by the inflexible treatment, the tactful method, and the way to clarify matters with words that tend to be very harsh and vague and raise the voice. This is all of course not from everyone, but from the employee with whom I was discussing in order to transfer my daughter from high school to another high school, and he arrived I had the matter to go to the office manager after some suffering, but God testifies that although I did not reach anything, the manager’s dealings with me are very elegant and her style is second to none, and she is distinguished by her openness. The employee, but I left the matter to God, so I hope those whom God has appointed should try to track people’s complaints and the stress they find and put the right person in the right place because they have not been placed in this place except for the sake of serving the auditors and solving the difficulties they face in the easiest way… And God forgives us and everyone, for there is no one who does not have shortcomings and falls into error.
N	Nora N on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ سيئين لدرجة ما تتوقعونها !!! مواعيد غير متاحة تعامل حدا سيئ من الموظفات و حارسات الامن جدا جدا سئين وين تطبيق الرؤية وين التحول الرقمي ؟؟!! موظفات ما يفتحون ايميلات و لازالو بالنظام الورقي في ازمة كورونا و اضيف شي تعليمات الحكومة واضحة فيما يخص المراجعين للجهات الحكومية ، محصن او محصن جرعة اولى او محصن متعافي تقدم لهم الخدمة بالتساوي هم عشان يسوون فلترة على المراجعين رفضو رفض تام تقديم اي خدمات الا للمحصن جرعتين فقط و باقي الحالات يرفضونهم كانهم حاملين وباء مكتب تعليم فاشل بكل ما تعنيه الكلمة و اتمنى تشملهم الخصخصة في القريب العاجل لتحسين مستوى الخدمات المقدمة للمجتمع Bad as you would expect!!! ر	ريم سلطان on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ استدعونا اليوم لتكريم الطالبات المتفوقات وكانت ضيافتهم لا بأس بها والموظفات بشوشات بس غلطوا ونسوا اضافه اسم بنتي وكذا بنت ثانيه مع قائمة البنات المكرمات ولما رحت كلمتهم ما اعترفوا بغلطهم لا حطوا اللوم علينا Today we are called to honor our outstanding students Their hospitality was okay, and the female employees were confused, but they made a mistake and forgot to add the name of my daughter, as well as a second daughter, with the list of honored girls.
