★ ★ ★ ★ ★ لي معهم تجربة في التصميم والإشراف ، وللحق عندهم طاقم متكامل ومتعاون وفاهمين الشغل.
وقفوا معي في فحص الخرسانة وكشفوا تلاعب مهندسين الخرسانة في اختبار المطرقة .
طبعاً ممكن يتأخر التصميم .. لأنهم ببساطة يشتغلون مخططك من الصفر وحسب طلبك وليس نسخ ولصق.
 I have experience with them in design and supervision, and for the right they have an integrated, cooperative and understanding staff.

١- ياخذون منك دفعه أولى وبعدها يسحبون عليك شهور
٢- سوء التصميم
٣- ارتفاع اسعارهم بدرجة خياليه جدا ولايعكس الخدمة المقدمة
٤- سوء الادارة حيث ان هناك مهندسين متحكمين في كل شيء
٥- انتبه!؟.... اغلب التعليقات الايجابية هي من المهندسين الاجانب بأسماء مستعارة.... لا تقع في الفخ؟
Advice for God’s sake is a bad office in the truest sense of the word for the following reasons:
1- They take a down payment from you and then withdraw you for months
2- Bad design
3- Their prices are very high and does not reflect the service provided
4- Mismanagement, as there are engineers who control everything
5- Pay attention!?....Most of the positive comments are from foreign engineers with pseudonyms....don't fall into the trap?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ من خلال تجربتي مع المكتب في عمل مخطط وبكل صدق المكتب عادي جداً -بل سيء من وجهة نظري- وما يفرق عن بقية المكاتب اللي في السوق سوى انه حاط سكرتيرة، ومستوى العمل سيء جداً لدرجة أني من أتى بالمخطط وأعطيت المهندس يرسمه وفي المقابل مبالغة في الأسعار ، وأيضا ليس هناك اي تقدير للعميل وفيه تأخير في الانجاز وعدم التزام بالمواعيد ويعامل العميل كأنه مراجع في دائرة حكومية لدرجة أنك اذا بغيت المهندس ما تقدر تتواصل معه ولا تقدر تقابله الا بموعد وممكن تحضر ولا تجده موجود،، حقيقة كانت تجربة سيئة ومريرة.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ سيء جداً مافيه اي طريقة لإرضاء العميل نروح نعطيهم التعديلات ياخذون التصميم ويرجعونه زي ماهو مافيه اي تجاوب للاسف ندمت اني صممت عندهم
Very bad. There is no way to satisfy the customer. We go and give them the modifications. They take the design and return it as it is. There is no response. Unfortunately, I regret that I designed with them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ سبق ان صممة لديهم وللامانه وكلمة حق اسأل عنها امام الله المكتب سيء جداً جداً وكان تجربة سيئة والمهندس رامي دورة امتصاص الغضب بالوعود والواهيه وصاحب المكتب متجاوب ولكن مو كل مشكله تحصل اتصل على صاحب المكتب لحلها غير ان الوعود اللي يلحقها تسحيب والله وكيلك في كمية الحديد بالمخطط شيء مهوول مهوول مهوول تحسن انك تصمم لابراج مو لفيلا دورين وكل هذا حسب كلامهم ((الامان)) وعلى حسابك

واللي يبغا يوقع العقد لايعطيهم المبلغ كامل او النصف اعطيتهم نص المبلغ وسحبو عليي
وقعت في الفخ واقسم بالله لي اكثر من 6 شهور وهم يماطلون فيني
طلبت منهم يضيفو لي شروط في العقد ورفض يقول المهندس رامي كلمة ماتتغير وجحدني ?
والمهندسين السعودين ما ادري وشفيهم ساكتين على هالوضع ولكن الحساب يوم الحساب ان شاء الله وحسبي الله عليهم
انتبهووووووووووووووو. وسلامتكم
