★ ★ ★ ★ ★ تجربتي مع هذا المكتب تجربه فاشله قدمت علي خادمه والي الان 5 اشهر ولم تصل الخادمه ولااحد يتواصل معاك انا اقوم بالاتصال وكل مره يعطوك امل انها سوف تصل ولكن للاسف مافيه مصداقيه وبكل بساطه وبعد هذا الانتظار يقولك الموظف خلاص الغي العقد،،، حسبنا الله ونعم الوكيل،،انصح بعدم التعامل معاهم،،،
My experience with this office was a failed one. I submitted to a maid until now for 5 months, and the maid did not arrive, and no one contacted you. I call and every time they give you hope that it will arrive, but unfortunately, there is no credibility. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ فعلا حرام بالمكتب هذا حتى النجمه وهذي نصيحه لكل شخص يفكر يقدم عندهم( خذ العبره) اقوله اذا حاب تضييع الوقت على الفاضي قدم عندهم ، اول شي انا قدمت عندهم بناء على ان التقييم عالي لكن اكتشفت بعد كذا مين اللي يرفع التقييم وكل مازادت التعليقات اللي تحذر من المكتب زادو التعليقات اللي تمدح على كل حال انا راح اذكر تجربتي قدمت عندهم من شهر ٥ هجري وكان الاتفاق ان العامله توصل خلال شهرين وبعد شهرين اتصلو وقالو معليش العامله ممنوع تسافر غيريها او الغي العقد انتي وادفعي لاني انا الغيت العقد وطبعا اضطريت اكمل معاهم واختار عامله ثانيه وبدينا بالكذب والمماطله الشهرين الاخيره اللي قبل انتهاء العقد وانا كل اسبوع اتصل مره يكلمني السوداني حافظ ويقولي ابشري وراح نتواصل معاك خلال يومين ونقولك تفيزت ويمر اسبوع وارجع اتصل ويكلمني على قولهم الاستاذ ريان وهذا دكتوراه بالاعذار وترتيب الاعذار للدرجة يخليك تصدق وعلى نفس الموال كل مااتصل اعذار ووعود كذابه وان المشكله من اوغندا وكل اللي حواليني قدمو ووصلو عاملاتهم من اوغندا بشهرين واقل وهذولا لهم اربع شهور على نفس الكذب والاعذار وبعد مانتهى العقد طلبو مني يايجددونه شهر او يلغونه طبعا عشان مايدفعون رسوم تاخير وطلبت يلغونه لان ماراح اضيع وقت زياده على كذبهم واعذارهم وبعدها صرت اطالبهم بالمبلغ وبدينا بالاعذار الجديده نرفع للاداره يكلمكم المدير بعد يومين وعلى الحال هذا لمدة عشره ايام اخر شي قالو حولناه قلتلهم ماوصلني قالو خرج من عندنا من الحساب قلت وين الايصال !! قالو ماصورناه يعني كذب بكل شي مكتب سيء سيء مااقول الا حسبي الله ونعم الوكيل فيهم لان اللي يقدم يكون محتاج للعامله وانا مااعرف اش هدفهم من فتح مكتب بدون تقديم خدمات زي الناس

Or they cancel it, of course, because they don’t pay a delay fee, and I asked to cancel it because I wouldn’t waste more time on their lies and excuses, and then I started asking them for the amount and we started with new excuses. Where is the receipt!! They said what we filmed means lying, everything is a bad office, bad. I only say God suffices, and He is the best agent in them, because the one who offers needs a worker, and I do not know what their goal is to open an office without providing services like people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ انتهى العقد٤ شهور بدون وصول العامله من اوغندا وكل يوم عذر جديد وبالاخير الغينا العقد ولي ٨ ايام انتظر المبلغ وصارو مايردون علي واذا ردت الموظفه تنافخ وتقول يتصلون عليك الاداره ولااحد اتصل ولا شي يعني حتى المبلغ اللي لهم يد يرجعونه بدقايق يماطلون فيه حسبي الله ونعم الوكيل من اسوأ المكاتب اللي تعاملت معاها ولا مر علي مكتب بالتعامل والتاخير هذا وباذن الله تجربه ماراح تتكرر ونصيحه لكل شخص يبعد عنهم لان بكلا الحالتين اللي يقدم عندهم هو الخسران يعني حتى يوم الغينا العقد واحنا خسرانين انتظار شهور على الفاضي كمان جلسنا بنفس الموال كل يوم نتصل نطلب فلوسنا

I mean, until the day we canceled the contract and we lost waiting months for the money. We also sat with the same money every day. We call and ask for our money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ حطيت نجمه بس عشان يتم التعليق فعلا المفروض من اول ماقرأنا التعليقات مانتعامل معهم ابدا حسبي الله ونعم الوكيل فيهم كل يوم من هالشهر الفضيل كلام معسول وابشرو وتم الى ان تم دفع كل شي واختيار العامله بدأت المماطلات والكذب الى الصدمه الغير متوقعه بعد عناء الانتظار والله العامله وصلت بس ماتقدر تدخل الجوازات لانها ع تأشيرة الكفيل السابق خروج وعوده ومارضي يتجاوب معانا ومانعطيكم رقمه لانه من اسرار المكتب وأسالو السفاره انتو وبكل بساطه تقدرو تلغو العقد او انا نبدلها ومانضمن لكم تجي بدري والادهى والامر ترسل الشغاله مقطع صوتي ليه ماتجو تآخذوني من المطار وين المحافظه ع اسرار العملاء وكيف جابت الرقم ولاهي داريه عن مشكلتها من مين !! وتجاهل وعدم الرد ع الواتس اب يعني الواحد يدفع دم قلبه
ومحتاج عامله عشان يصير فيه كذا ولاكلمه قلتها بغير وجه حق والله على ماأقول شهيد ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ بصراحه تجربتي معاهم جدًا سيئه لايوجد لديهم اي مصداقيه باي كلمه ذكرت والعامله التي جاءت لتعمل لدي لا تملك اي خبره ولا اي نظافه سواءً شخصيه او بالمنزل وفوق هذا لم يتم الرد على استفساراتنا منذ استلام العامله حيث انها لا تعرف اللغه الانجليزيه ولا العربيه وجدت صعوبه بالتعامل معاها ولم يتم الرد منهم ولم يتم التواصل والان العامله بقي لها كم يوم وتنتهي الفتره التجريبية ولم يتم التواصل منهم والعامله لها فوق الاسبوعين رافضه العمل وتطالب بالسفر لدولتها.
للامانه هذي تجربتي معاهم بكل مصداقيه وحسبي الله ونعم الوكيل فيهم
