★ ★ ★ ★ ★ مكتب فاشل ، وجدت رجل عجوز (يبدو أنه صاحب المكتب) لا يجيد أبجديات التعامل مع الباحثين عن عقار (لا ترحيب لا استقبال زي الناس ولا غيره) عجوز فاضي يقضي وقت عصرية في المكتب فقط، لا يوجد لدى المكتب عروض فعليه عليها الكلام ، وإن وجدت تكون عروض مبالغ فيها إما دفع مبلغ 2,000,000 نقداً في فيلا الأحمدية ؟! أو دفع مبلغ 1,850,000 في دبلكس مساحة 250م في الأحمدية ؟! ، لا انصح بهذا المكتب واعتبر أن التواجد فيه مضيعة وقت.
A failed office, I found an old man (apparently the owner of the office) who is not fluent in dealing with real estate seekers (there is no welcome, no reception of people’s clothes, or anything else). Are exaggerated offers, either paying the amount of 2,000,000 in cash in the Ahmadiyya villa?! Or pay the sum of 1,850,000 in a duplex of 250 square meters in Ahmadiya?! I do not recommend this office and consider it a waste of time.
