It took 10 minutes to register and I was outside the company. My evaluation for the first visit is 10/10 I visited them today in order to change the phone. It took literally two minutes for the visit, and I was loyal. م	محمد بخاري on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ الشركه تتواصل معي كل اسبوع يطلبوني اروح احدث معلومات وابدا ب ٣ مشاوير ومدري ايش وازعااااااج منهم . وبكل مره ابلغهم ( شوفوا شكوى العملاء + الكباتن كيف ابدأ والخلق تشتكي من كلا الطرفين ؟ ) ردهم لي : مين قالك ما تنحل مشاكلهم او ماتم حلها ؟ ???? التعليقات بالاسفل لا ارى اي رد على العميل او تواصل مافي اي تعديل على التعليقات او حذفها . بالاصح بكل مره تزيد شكوى من عميل وكابتن . فعلا تطبيق يستاهل الحذف The company contacts me every week asking me to go to the latest information and start with 3 trips and I don't know what I'm worried about. M	Marwa Alrefaei on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ تطبيق سيء للاسف واتمنى الالتفات له من قبل حماية المستهلك كم مرا اطلب مشوار والسائق ياخذ لفة طووويلة ويطول المسافة او لما يقبل ويكون جنب بيتي يعني مسافة 4 دقايق ولما انزل القاه 14 دقيقة يعني ما مشي على اللوكيشن يروح من كيفه ولا يقبل الطلب وهو واقف عند كافيه ياخد قهوته وانا عادي انتظر في الشارع !!! وفوقها لما نتصل على خدمة العملاء يقول الرقم غلط ! حسبي الله ونعم الوكيل وكفى Unfortunately, a bad application, and I wish to pay attention to it from Consumer Protection.
