- عدم الالمام بالمعلومات الكافية حتى يتم ايصالها بشكل واضح للعميل
- المراوغة
- الاسلوب السيئ في التعامل وخصوصًا من مدير المكتب
- اختلاق اعذار واهية عن اسباب التأخير
نتمنى من الجهات المسؤولة ضبط او اقفال مثل هذه المكاتب ووضع معايير واضحة ودقيقة .
