ويبعد عند الوصول إليه بمكه المكرمه
كيف ذلك. أسأل بائع التذاكر بحائل

And it is far away when it is reached in Mecca
How so. Ask the ticket seller

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ المكتب محترمين فى التعامل،الاتوبيسات سيئه .أحد السائقين عندهم بيلعب فى الموبايل طول الطريق .
The office is respectful in handling, the buses are bad. One of the drivers has to play on the mobile all the way.

The staff are respectful, the bus is clean and new, and the air-conditioning is the best, and the drivers are respectful and tolerant

الرحلة كان معادها ١٠ اتحرك الباص ١١.٣٠
ضعف شديد في التواصل والتنسيق مع الركاب بعد تغيير الموعد.ومش لاقي سبب أن الموظف الموجود طول الاسبوع يبقي افغاني
سائق الباص لم يفحص الاطارات والزيت قبل الحركة واضطرينا ننتظر ساعه ونص لتغيير الإطار في السليمي.
فندق الإقامة كان متوسط
Unfortunately shocked.
The flight was hostile 10, the bus moved 11:30
Extremely weak communication and coordination with passengers after changing the appointment. I did not find the reason that the employee who is present throughout the week keeps Afghans
The bus driver did not check the tires and oil before moving, and we had to wait an hour and a half to change the tire in al-Salimi.
The accomodation hotel was average

تعطلت لمدة ساعة ونصف اثناء ذهابنا الي مكة
سائق الحافلة يتحدث بالجوال تقريبا طول الطريق ويسير ببطئ رغم اننا برمضان وكنا بحاجة للوصول الي حائل قبل المغرب
الفندق كان جيد الي حد ما ولا ادري هل هذا بسبب عدم وجود زوار كثيرون نتيجة للجائحة ام ان هذا مستوي الفندق الحقيقي
Buses are old and slow
It was disrupted for an hour and a half while we were going to Mecca
The bus driver talks on mobile almost all the way and walks slowly even though we are in Ramadan and we needed to reach Ha'il before sunset
The hotel was pretty good, and I don’t know if this is because there are not many visitors as a result of the pandemic, or is this the real standard of the hotel

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ للاسف الباصات قديمه. واعطال ب الساعات في الطريق وعدم نظام. ولا مكيف ولا شواحن للتليفون
عدم إدارة للاسف.
Unfortunately the buses are old. And malfunctions b watches on the way and lack of system. No air conditioner, no phone chargers
Not managing unfortunately.
