★ ★ ★ ★ ★ في الحقيقة مكتب السمت نقلة نوعية في المكاتب الهندسية بالمدينة المنورة عندما فكرت في تصميم الفيلا والشقق السكنية فكرت في تصميمها في أحد المكاتب في جدة أو الرياض وتفاجئت بوجود مكتب هندسي بهذا المستوى بالمدينة أفكار جديدة وتصاميم حديثة وأهتمام بأدق التفاصيل وأستغلال المساحات وروعة المنظور والمضمون فشكراً من القلب للرجل الخلوق المهذب صاحب المكتب أبو فهد وشكراً للمهندس الرائع أنس الذي أبدع في أخراج وتصميم الفيلا

فعلا اكن لكم كل مشاعر التقدير والعرفان على مجهودكم واخلاصكم وتفانيكم ومهنيتكم العالية في مخرجات مشروع سكني تم تصميمه بالتعاون معكم
واخص بالذكر المهندس أنس اليوسف .. وهو غني عن التعريف وشهادتي فيه مجروحة.. فأنا على علم مسبق بحرفيته ومستواه وسمعت عنه الكثير ووجدت ولمست بتعاملي معه أكثر مما توقعت.
ناصح.. مخلص.. منجز.. ملتزم.. متفاني.. قاموس من المفردات الثمينة التي لاتفنى ولا تصف مالمسته تجاهه
كانت تجربة فريدة وجميلة بدأت بالأفكار وتخللتها الآمال.. وتممت بفضل الله بمشروع على اروع ما يكون وكلي شغف في انتظار موعد استلامه عن قريب
وانا على تطلع لتنفيذه وتحويل الحلم الى حقيقة.
لا احب ان اطيل ولكن لمست بعض التعليقات التي خالفت ظنوني خصوصا في شخصية المهندس الفاضل انس .. كيف يكون ماذكر في التعليقات صحيحا? والتمس منه العذر في ردي على ذلك
فانا تعاملت معه شخصيا فهو قامه وهامة في الادب والعلم تعلمت منه الكثير وغمرنا بلطفه وكريم خلقه ..
حاضر الفكرة سريع البديهة دائما متواجد ذهنيا وجسديا ما شاءالله لاقوة الا بالله.

من خلال زيارتي لعده مكاتب لم أجد مكتب هندسي أو بالأحرى معماري يستطيع التوفيق بين متطلباتي الخاصة و الفكر المعماري الحديث و عدم إهمال الجانب المتعلق بالتكلفه الا من خلال التعامل الشخصي مع المهندس انس والمهندس الإنشائي حسين. قمه في التعامل وتقبل النقد. تم تغيير المخطط جذريا اربع مرات ولم أجد أي تذمر من قبل المهندس اضافه إلى الإشراف الهندسي من قبل شخص قدير ذو خبره وأمانه. لن أتردد مستقبلا في التعامل مع مكتب السمت فما وجدناه منهم كفيل بثقتي. انا في مرحله البناء وتشرفت بالتعامل معهم لهم مني كل الشكر والتقدير

بكل أمانه، لفيت مكاتب المدينه لمدة شهرين وكان الجميع قص ولصق ماحصلت مكتب واحد شغله نظيف واحترافي
ولكن بعد عناء البحث رزقني الله وعرفت مكتب السمت
والمهندس أنس، ولله الحمد استلمت مخططاتي بنفس المتفق عليه وأجمل من المتوقع.

تعامل جدا جدا راقي
والشهاده لله تعالى مهندس انس من افضل افضل الناس اللي ممكن تتعامل معاهم والمهندس حسين كذلك
فقط للمعلوميه والانصاف :- اذكر خلصت المخطط حقي ووافقت عليه وكل شي ولمن شاف المهندس انه انا مصل الحيران طلب مني اني اعيد التصميم بالكامل . نسي جهده وتعبه في التصميم وحاول معايا كم مره انه اغيره لدرجة صار يقلي انا اللي بشتغل انت بس قول غيره .
الصراحه تعامل راااااااقي جدا جدا
والله لو عندي ١٠٠ مخطط ما اروح الا للمهندس انس او مكتب السمت تحديدا.
وايضا للأنصاف :- بالرغم من انتهاء المخطط وكل شي لمن اروح عندهم الاقي كل ترحيب وحب وود وخدمات واستشارات.
وايضا للأنصاف :- المقاول اللي اتعاقدت معاه لمن شاف مخططي انا واللي كانو معايا قال جدا راقي والمهندس اللي بتتعامل معاه ممتااااز .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ مكتب السمت هو من صمم لي فيلتي وموقي و بشهادة الجميع التصميم مميز ولله الحمد و على صغر حجم الارض بمساحة ٣٠٠ متر . م. انس اليوسف استخرج وابدع في تصميم فريد جداً جداً و مميز جداً ولله الحمد ويشكر بعد شكر الله عز وجل .. شخص متعاون جداً ، مبدع مميز هادي فاهم .. فوق ذلك دارس ماجستير في تخصصه و حافظ للقرآن وليس بعد ذلك رفعه ونسأل الله أن يحفظه بحفظه ..
انا كمهتم بالتصميم و ادق التفاصيل .. اتوقع صعب أن أجد مكتب يصل لفكرة منزلي التي ابدعها وهندسها م. انس .. استغل كل سم في الموقع بكل حرفيه .. كتب الله أجره .. وبارك في علمه وعمله وأهله والده وصاحب المكتب و القائمين على أسطورة السمت الفريدة .. لكم الشكر من الأعماق ولا تكفي هذه الكلمات في ما ابدعتم لمنزلي ومنزل عائلتي..
