★ ★ ★ ★ ★ انا ما جربتهم كان ودي التعامل معهم بس للاسف اسلوبهم في الواتساب ما يردون الا بعد اسبوع وبعدين يسالون سوال و ارد عليهم و بعد اسبوع يردون يعني طيب لو تعاملت معهم و وقعت العقد كذا بيكون الاسلوب مع التعديل يعني ما يطلع التصميم الا بعد سنة !!
ياليت يعدلون خدمة العملاء و التواصل في الواتساب ويكون فيه سرعة وانجاز !!
I did not try them, it was friendly to deal with them, but unfortunately their method in WhatsApp, they do not reply until after a week, and then they ask a question and I reply to them, and after a week they reply, I mean, OK, if you deal with them and sign the contract, the method will be with the amendment, meaning that the design does not appear until after a year!!
I wish they would adjust customer service and communication on WhatsApp, so that it would be faster and more efficient!!
