★ ★ ★ ★ ★ افضل مكتب بالدوادمي بلامنازع في ادارة الأملاك و ايضاً ابرز مكتب يقيم المزادات العلنيه على مدار 16 سنه والي يعلق تعليق سيئ عنه اكيد انه ماسدد الأجار وشبوا فيه بالإتصالات فلا يؤخذ تعليق شخص مماطل على محمل الجد ☺️ وبالتوفيق للجميع

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ من أسوأ المكاتب اللي تعاملت معهم..
نصيحتي لهم أنهم يحترمون العميل ويرتبون شغلهم شوي، رغم أن عندهم برنامج يحمل تفاصيل العروض اللي عندهم لكن للأسف تدق وتعطيهم الرقم يقولون مب موجود عندنا، فاللوحة لهم لكن مضيعين !!
وكذلك نظامهم سيء في رؤية العقار ، تعال انت خذ المفتاح ورح شفه وارجع عشان ترجع المفتاح !! (وش فايدتكم كمكتب وتأخذ على المستأجر نسبة وأنت ماتعبت معه !!)، أقلها حط عندك صور عشان يشوفها العميل قبل
ونصيحة للي بيعرض عندهم، اعرض في حراج أو حط لوحة على العقار أفضل لك من تحطه عندهم..
One of the worst offices I have ever dealt with.
My advice to them is that they respect the customer and arrange their work a little, although they have a program that details the offers they have, but unfortunately you ring and give them the number, they say we don't have it, the painting is for them, but it is a waste!!
Also their system is bad in seeing the property, come take the key and see it and go back to get the key!! (What did you benefit from as an office and take a percentage on the tenant and you did not bother with him!!), at least put pictures for the client to see before
And advice to those who are offering it to them, display it in a garage or put a sign on the property is better for you than putting it on them..
