★ ★ ★ ★ ★ نصيحه لااحد يستقدم عن طريقهم قسم بالله مكتب سيء جدااااا جابو لي عامله من وصلت رافضه الشغل ارسلوها لي على حسابي بالنقل ويوم اتكلمت معهم انها رافضه طلبو مني ارجعها على حسابي واطلع فيزا وانتظر ثلاث شهور من جديد علما ان الشغاله اللي جابها مواصفات غير اللي طلبت واخذو اكثر من خمس شهور ودفعوني ٣٣٠٠ حق حجرالفندق رغم ان عقدي كان من ضمن الفتره اللي هم مسؤولين عن الحجر فيها اسلوب جدا جدا سيء لاانصح بالتعامل معهم مايستاهلون ولا نجمه
 Advice for someone to bring through them, I swear by God, a very bad office. They brought me a worker. Those who arrived, refusing to work, sent her to me on my account with transport. The day I spoke to them that she refused, they asked me to return her to my account, see a visa, and wait for three months again, knowing that the maid who met her specifications other than the one I requested and they took more Five months ago, they paid me 3,300 rights to the hotel stone, although my contract was within the period in which they were responsible for the stone, in which the method is very, very bad, I do not advise dealing with them, they do not deserve or star

Thanks for giving us your reviews, it will let us to serve you much better.
We are presenting our apology to those who faced delay, we would like to explain to you that the office is trying its best to provide you the workers within the period, but as you know that the procedures of the Filipino workers are too long, its takes more than two months once your worker selected. Sometime the worker is refusing to continue the procedures while he/she almost done all the procedures. Such cases are giving us a huge delay because of re-selection and reprocessing from the very start point. We never meant that our client face delay, i would like to advise all of you that when you receive your worker don’t delay the salaries, you have three months probation period, its means to check either the worker is suitable with you or not? But it doesn’t meant to delay their salaries, the law is telling that a household worker must take a day off each week, which sadly mostly our clients are not following this rules, also they are not paying overtime. When a worker is facing such situation then if course he/she will refuse to work or will run away. we are requesting our clients to come with them with dignity and as you are asking for your rights, give then their rights. a good morals can let the worker to stay with you longer,
Regarding the terms and conditions, i would also like to explain to you that we are trying our best to fulfill the requirements / terms you have requested, but we should keep in mind that we are dealing with human resources, and thats why there is a probation period of three months, in case you got your worker and felt that he/she is against the terms and conditions, kindly please return them back to the agency and we will be welcoming you to serve you more better.
