★ ★ ★ ★ ★ الموظفين غير متعاونين حيث ان المهندس الموجود لديهم لايبدي آراء خاصة به بل فقط ينفذ مايقوله العميل بدون اعطاء رأي هندسي او نصيحة . كما أنهم يتأخروا في عمل التعديلات المطلوبة بما يمتد إلى أشهر ولا يردوا على اتصالك خصوصاً بعد أخذ الدفعات
( للمعلومية زوجة عميل لدى المكتب المذكور ولا شيء كيدي ) .
The employees are not cooperative as their engineer does not express opinions of his own, but only implements what the customer says without giving an engineering opinion or advice. They are also months away in making the required adjustments, and they do not answer your call, especially after making payments.
(For information, the wife of a client at the aforementioned office, and nothing malicious).
