★ ★ ★ ★ ★ المكتبة متوفر فيها كل شي وكويسة ولاكن المشكلة برود العاملين في المكتبة واخلاقهم الزفت خاصةً تبع الطباعة بارد جدا وتكلمه يسفهك ولهذا انا مقاطع هذه المكتبه بسبب العاملين فيها انصح بتغييرهم

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ اسوء خدمة مرة علي في خدمات الطالب خلصت الموظفة من طباعة الاوراق ومشت لا اهتمت بالاوراق وتتدبيسها مع العلم انها نادت العامل اكثر من مره ولا احد جاوب بس همهم الوحيد ادفع فاتورتك وياليت على خدمة تستاهل تجربة وما تتكرر باذن الله
The worst service I ever had in the student services. The employee finished printing the papers and walked away. She did not care about the papers and stapled them, knowing that she called the worker more than once and no one answered, but their only concern was to pay your bill and wish for a service that deserves an experience and it will not be repeated, God willing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ يوجد بها موظفة اسمها الاء ! إنسانة منفسه وصاحبة صراخ ولما ماعرفت الخدمة اللي اطلبها تقول روحي لمكتبة ثانية أنا مااعرف ولافيه احد مداوم ولما قلت ليه زعلانة تصارخ عند الرجال بصوت مرتفع وتقول انتي ماتستاهلي الأحترام واليماني المحاسب معها محامي ينظر لي بقسوة علشان إنها أحضرت له كوب شاهي !!!
المفروض تعلم كيف تتعامل مع الزباين وإلا تفصل !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ فيه بنت لابسه نظاره الي ماسكه الحساب جيتها بكل ادب قلت لها لو سمحتي ابي ورق فاضي ما فهمت علي شرحت لها ابي ورق فاضي حق طباعه وكذا ترد علي انا من وين اجيب لك وبنظره تحسسك اني داخل بيتهم وبعدين قالت روح للعامل وقوله ! اتمنى انه صاحب المكتبه يشوف تعليقي ويعرف يجيب موظفات زي الناس واخلاقهم حلوه عشان تحافظ على زباينك
