★ ★ ★ ★ ★ مكتبة ضيقه رغم انها دورين ، الدور الارضي للادوات المدرسية والاقلام و اوراق التصوير ، اما الدور العلوي فهو للكتب و المطبوعات ، وهذا القسم من اسوء الاقسام التي زرتها بالمكتبات الاخرى، الرتيب سيء و بعض الكتب و المطبوعات على الارض ، ما فيه احترام للكتاب او للعميل ، و المسؤول لهذا القسم اخلاقه زبالة و لا يخدمك ، انت تبحث عن الكتاب واذا سألته جوابه : يا انت بحث عنه هناك او يصرفك يقول ( ما فيه )

تعد مكتبة المعرفة من أقدم وأكبر المكتبات لبيع كافة اللوازم المدرسية للطلاب والمعلمين ولوازم الأنشطة المدرسية وأيضا اللوازم والأدوات الخاصة بالمكاتب .. أيضا يتوفر بها الكتب والقصص والنشرات في كل المجالات .. وأعتقد أنها أغنى مكتبة وأثراها بمنطقة حائل من حيث المؤلفات والكتب والمراجع إلى أخره .. فإذا أنت تبحث عن كتاب باللغة العربية معين ولم تجده هنا فأعتقد أنك لن تجده عند مكتبة أخرى في حائل ..
يتوفر بها أيضا خدمات تصوير وتغليف وطباعة وخدمات طلابية وتعليمية كثيرة .
أما من حيث الأسعار .. فهي معتدلة جدا بل قد تكون أقل أسعارا مقارنة مع المكتبات الأخرى بالمنطقة وربما على مستوى المملكة .. وهذا ما تشير إليه الزحمة داخل كافة فروعها مع بداية كل موسم دراسي جديد .. تستحق بحق ٥ نجوم .
