H	Hassan Alhazawbar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ انا من سكان الرياض وكانت كل المواعيد فل واضطريت اروح رماح تبعد من الرياض فوق 100 كيلومتر، تواجد الموظفين للأمانة كان الساعة ثمانية ب انضباط . بس للآسف الشديد مافيه أي تعاون مع المراجع او المواطن واستهتار تام ولا ‏مبالاه مثال / اسأل الموظف الي في الاستقبال كم المبلغ المطلوب في تجديد الهوية اذ كانت منتهية يقول مدري روح الصرافة وشيك و وضحت له إني راح اسدد اولاين عن طريق الجوال يقول تروح الصرافة وتشيك ( عناد الشغله) ! راجعت مديرهم وسألته نفس السؤال قالي مية ريال الرسوم في حال ان بطاقتك منتهية وبكل صدر رحب و تعاون وشكيت على الموظف عند مديره طبعن الموظف الي أنا اعنيه هو الي في الاستقبال الي يشيك على المواعيد والتخاطب معه صعب جدآ . اتمنا العمل بجديه وجدارة وصدر رحب فيما يخدم المواطن و الوافد و المملكة بشكل لائق. هذا والله يقويكم وتكونون في القمه دائمآ وابدآ.
