-حجزت عن طريق الجوال وانا برا الفرع(ماانصح تسوي مثلي ?) دخلت على طول ما اخذ مني الموضوع كامل ٤ دقائق بالضبط الا انا مخلص كل شيء وماشي

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ مرونه في العمل ، تقريباً انهيت اجراءات تجديد الهوية في اقل من : ١٥ دقيقه ، و الموظفين تعامل راقي مع المراجعين ، ماعدا موظف الاستقبال ، يعقد الامور هداه الله ، تخيلوا عندي استلام الهوية الجديده ، اعطاني رقم بعيد ، و موظفي التسليم ، لايوجد عندهم زحمه او مراجعين ، و من حسن الحظ اتجهة لشباك التسليم و انهيت اجراءات الاستلام و التسليم ، ملاحظة : يوجد : قسم لرجال - و لنساء .
