★ ★ ★ ★ ★ يداومون الساعة 8 وهذا مخالف للأنظمة للأسف رحتلهم اليوم وانتظرت من الساعة ٧.٣٠ حتى ٨ وليس لهم الحق بالأخير وذلك بسبب ان الحضور عندهم توقيع وليس بصمة
They work at 8 and this is against the regulations, unfortunately I left them today and waited from 7.30 until 8 and they have no right to the latter, because the attendees have a signature and not a fingerprint

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ متعاونين بشكل جيد قسمين نسائي ورجالي يوجد مدخل ومواقف احتياجات خاصه ينقصها امكانية اصدار بطاقة أحوال فوري فهذا غير موجود ويتطلب اسابيع لإصدار بطاقه او تحديدها
They cooperate well. Two sections, women and men. There is an entrance and situations. Special needs lack the ability to issue an immediate status card. This is not present and requires weeks to issue or determine the card

استلمت اوراق ابنتي واضطررنا للأنتظار ساعة ونصف وبعد سؤالها الى متى؟؟ قالت خلي ابوك يوقع اوراق عند قسم الرجال
مع انها لم تخبر ابنتي بهذا الإجراء
ارجو التساعد مع المراجعات و توجههين بالخطوات فالحكومة لم تربط المواعيد بالإنترنت الا لحفظ اوقات الناس
موعدنا كان الساعة ١١ ولم ننتهي الا الساعة الثانية ظهرا وذلك بسبب ان دورنا تداخل مع الي بعدنا
