★ ★ ★ ★ ★ من قبل العيد الفطر باسبوع وانا انتظر بطاقتي الشخصيه قالوا لي انتظر لين اسبوع وتجيني رساله راح العيد ولا جتني رساله فوق 15 يوم ، واذا جيت بسدد الغرامه 100 ريال مايقبلونهز لازم اسدد مباشر ؟ طيب كيف اسدد مباشر وصرافتي طالبين علي لازم اجدد الهويه وبرمضان و محد فاضي لك برمضان الساعه 10 يسدد عنك واصلا تستحي تقول لاحد سدد عني 100 ريال واجلس اسألهم فيه طريقه يقولون لا يمكن ثلاث اشخاص واطلع والقى حارس امن واساله فيه طريقه وقال لي اروح لخدمات يسددون عنك ؟ اقسم بالله معانات في معانات ، يصعبونها عليك وهي سهله

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ الصراحة قمة الفوضى والحوسه اغرب فرع دخلته الموظفات بتاع كله الشغل مو منظم كلهن يتجمعن على شغلة وحدة والمكتب حق الاستقبال كله مناكير عطور كريمات يد كأني داخله مشغل! وقوارير مويه فاضية مرمية تحت المكتب، المكان وسخ ولا يمت للدوائر الحكومية بصلة استغرب ان هذا الفرع تبع وزارة الداخلية!!! ياخسارة بس .. اتمنى كل اللي فيه بالاضافة لمديرتهم يطلعون زيارة لفروع الاحوال المدنية في جدة ويشوفون التنظيم والترتيب والدقة والنظافة.. معقديننا على الاجراءات وهن متكيات فطور جماعي ولا وحده فيهن لابسة كمام وضاربات بالاحترازات عرض الحايط
Honesty is the top of chaos and sense of humor is the strangest branch the female employees have entered, all of the work is not organized, they all gather on one thing, and the office is the right of the reception, all manicures, perfumes, hand creams, as if I were inside a workshop! Empty water bottles are thrown under the office. The place is dirty and has nothing to do with government departments. I am surprised that this branch is affiliated with the Ministry of Interior!!! What a loss, but.. I wish all those in it, in addition to their director, visit the civil status branches in Jeddah and see the organization, arrangement, accuracy and cleanliness.. They complicate the procedures and they are waiting for a group breakfast.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ إذا حجزت مسبقا ومحضر الأوراق كامله، إجراءات المعامله لاتستغرق نصف ساعة. مقارنة بالماضي، الأحوال المدنية قفزت قفزه عملاقه بتسهيل الإجراءات.
