★ ★ ★ ★ ★ تاخر وصول العامله، و اشتكيت لمساند، حصلت على 20% من قيمة العقد تعويض بالرغم من مماطله المكتب
بأمكانكم رفع شكوى من خلال مساند و المطالبه بتعويض على تاخير في وصول العامله او الاعفاء من تكاليف الحجر المؤسسي في حال طلب منكم.
مرفق نظام وزاره الموارد البشريه فيما يخص تكاليف الحجر المؤسسي
لا انصح بدفع تكاليف الحجر المؤسسي حيث انه هذي التكاليف تقع على المكتب
بشكل عام المكتب هذا ما يستحق و ربع نجمه ولا انصح بالتعامل معه

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ سيء جداً جداً وماجتني الخادمه الا بعد ماكملت سنه وبعد مااشتكيناهم لساند جابوها وجتني شهر فقط ورفضت العمل بدون اي سبب حتى يسالونها بمكتبهم ايش سبب الرفض تقول مافيه سبب كلهم كويسين لكن ابغى اغير البيت وبكل بساطه نفذوا كلامها اصلن فرحوا لان هم الكسبانين يبيعونها وربح لهم ورجعوا لنا المبلغ بعد شهر وزياده يعني انتظار سنه وبالاخير شهر جلست عندي وشهر مماطله بارجاع المبلغ كامل هذه كل قصتي ولكن حسبي الله ونعم الوكيل والكلام معسوووول ووعود والصدق مافيه ولاشي
Very, very bad, and the maid left me only after she completed a year and after we complained to them to support her, I only got a month and refused to work without any reason until they ask her in their office what is the reason for the refusal. She says there is no reason, they are all good, but I want to change the house. The amount is after a month and an increase means waiting for a year and in the end a month I sat with me and a month of procrastination to return the full amount. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ لا يوجد لديهم مترجم و يماطلون اذا طلبنا مترجم وليس لديهم مصداقيه والشروط التي طلبناها في الخدامه لا يوفون بها لا انصح بهم متعبين
They do not have a translator and they delay if we ask for an interpreter and they do not have credibility and the conditions we asked for in the service they do not fulfill. I do not advise them tired
