★ ★ ★ ★ ★ لا انصح احد بالشراء فيه بسبب غلاء الاسعار الغير منطقي و غير مبرر.
سعر المتر الواحد اربعة الاف ريال و المساحات كبيره و عذرهم انه مخطط مكتمل البنية التحتية.
طبعا كلامهم يحترم و لكن بهذا السعر تستطيع الشراء في اماكن كثيرة جدا و افضل من شرق الخط السريع?
