A modern scheme in Al-Shiraa neighborhood and has a good future, adjacent to the King Abdullah Medical Complex and the new Women and Maternity Hospital in north Jeddah. It has a good infrastructure of asphalt and a water network. It currently lacks lighting, drainage, and a fiber-optic network.
